- Name and profile information
- Email address and contact information
- Notification preferences
- Account-related personal information where legally permitted
Data That May Be Retained
- Property verification requests and reports
- Uploaded documents linked to completed verifications
- Transaction and payment records
- Fraud prevention and security records
- Records required for legal or regulatory compliance
- De-identified property and land information retained for operational, research, compliance, and record-keeping purposes
How to Request Data Deletion
Email support@landverify.land with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address. Requests are generally processed within 30 days.
